However, let’s explore additional factors which are concrete enough to mobilize your skills up to the mark and standards. One of the critical skill is ATTENTION CAPTIVATOR. This ability is very important and at high demand able in public or organizational speaking, it reveals how well you really are in grabbing the attention of the masses. Your this skill can really make a great impact in presenting your presentation. Personally, I always feel easy to deliver with my own natural style, tone, with ting or big experiences of common life. I do believe that real life examples impacts a huge impression on the audience to gain their attention. The time you instruct them like school teacher, it may impose some negative points because they are not there to listen their TEACHER again like High School. So, you must present the juice of your experience in such a polite, emotional, soft and jolly way that it does gain the attention with the intention of curiosity. You must have observed that some speakers/trainers use the SUCCESS/MORAL STORIES of different people or themselves, activities and presentations to catch the attention of attendees which somehow is successful expedition but captivating  with your tongue without any help is such a big deal to be unique from others.

It is a fact that GRABBING the attention may be the natural or God-gifted ability but I do believe everyone has it, it is the way you recognize and polish this ability.

Question arises that how can we estimate or build this important factor! Simple answer can be, observe the power of influence you have on the people around you that you may justify by your thoughts, ideas and reasons you deliver. 10 MYTHS about CSS exam preparation

 

CSS is one of the dreaming opportunity among the youngsters to acquire. It is in fact, the most respected job to serve Pakistan. Somehow, different people have different approaches to cop with this examination. However, December is about to rise which yields many CSS applications to attempt their chances to get thru with this exclusive opportunity.
One of the best ways to cop CSS is to consult with successful candidates in understanding what strategy they made to get thru. By the research, I have never found anyone who claimed CSS to be the hardest test but every successful candidate claimed their success in the account of their luck and hardworking since they somehow burnt mid night oil to keep up the momentum to cover whole syllabus of their related optional subjects. Study has revealed that by adopting some easy ways, anyone can clear this prestigious test without making extra efforts but majority of people keep the myths about this test which are very crucial for their success, indeed, these myths have no reality in true sense except the fact they are like just superstitions.

 

Anyways, the top 10 myths about CSS exams which may result in failure of motivation and result are:
1. It can only be attempted by highly educated or extra-ordinary candidates
(it is very untrue since many graduates with just 70% have cleared this test)
2. It needs whole year to prep 😦 (another false perception since if you are sharp in your selection, 6 months are well enough for preparation)
3. Selection of Optional Subjects is crucial to some students ( one of the easiest but toughest task for majority of the people, with proper consultation, it can be solved but first they must discover their true interest)
4. Fear of attempting the 1st try out of 3 (Don’t know why people don’t give it a FIRST TRY to sit in CSS exams to really understand the pattern, methodology, environment and strategy)
5. No management in studies (majority of candidates do get fail because of the lack of studying methods they adopt, they prefer to skim relevant info which may not seem to be important to them)
6. Believing CSS as a nightmare! (one of major drawback behind the failure, it kills all your optimism and sparking power for this competition)
7. Irrelevant practices of Essay Writing (Writing an essay is not a big task but to organize it in effective way is the key requirement)
8. depending on past papers (one should cover and understand the whole subject than to be completely dependent on past papers)
9. Stammering difficult vocabulary ( there is no such requirement of CSS to present difficult words in your sentences, it may also be the cause of deduction of marks, perfect grammar usage with daily use vocab is far enough!)
10. Spelling and punctuation errs (due to the short SMS typing issue, many candidates are suffering from this myth, the best solution is to always spells English Words correctly on any medium)

Last time, I discussed SAY NO TO JAN AND JANU STUFFS??? BUT WHY?, thanks for your appreciation & valuable feedback.

Now, here the topic is again interesting but  considering another group of people(boys or girls) who are well enough to demotivate us in pursuing our challenges, targets or goals  and I also expereinced such kind of people who really put bad remarks or critics for no good reason but they all could not let me down or any down once you start pursuing your passion or milestone but unfortunately many people do get hurt too badly by such kind of people and thus they stop dong or chasing their passions or targets just because of such ridiculous group of people or khalas.

As usual first check out the normal tags that you hear from the people when you do something good or smashing so some of the people in majority become the KHALA to find out the errs and lacking than to focus on the achievement or the content where they themselves have not even contributed much for their society in country. The tags or phrases are:
“O bhai bus pakao mat, bs bs chup hjao hmai pata hai how u got the position, kis kis k uthao gay…! suno zara ye banaingay Pakistan ko aik khush hal mulk apna to hal thek kia nai mulk ka kia karengay, He is making us fool huh!, Is he the only person to take whole  responsibility, aur koi kam nai hai,etc “

These sort of tags or teases you must have heard around at any stage of your life, their main job is to just critic for no good reason, you may call it as a piece of jealousy and tenderness that they can’t cop. They can neither do the GOOD nor they want anyone to do something good. For them, we may call it as, “Jo kuch nai kartay wo bs MUU k fire hy martay hain, wo jo kam karna chahatay hn wo chup chap apna kam kar jatay hain”. These people may seem to you well-dressed or well educated but they possess narrow thoughts and ideas which linger them to be in just small circle. The example below will completely change your mind to handle such people or KHALAs around you.

The lonely Frog’s success Story:
There were frogs by the river, challenged by the near-by birds to jump over the 10ft high wall, the frog with their over confidence accepted the challenge and divided in the number of 100 respectively. So, it was decided that first the 100 birds will cross the hurdle, so very simply,they did it with their flying skills but the real challenge alarmed for frogs, they asked frogs to give up and concede this match but frogs denied and started to take their chances, unfortunately, in first phase 50 frogs struck straight to the wall and push down by seeing the fear of FAILURE. Again, the leader of birds asked them to GIVE UP, but frogs denied, they continued to try but still failed up to 99. This was the do or die situation for the frogs and on the other side, it was the time for the near winning moments of birds to win the challenge.

The last frog was standing far away alone and was depth in great thoughts, they just whistled him to wake him up from his long thoughts and waved him to jump it all. All of sudden, he used his leaping skills and crossed/jumped the wall. The moment was full of surprise for all, the frogs were at the near gate of FAILURE where the birds were about to WIN the challenge but just because of ONE FROG, all conditions changed and frogs won the challenge.

The company of birds started to enjoy where the birds started to group near that winning  FROG standing near that wall. They were asking all together with different inspiring and critic remarks, “Wow,How you did that!?, Hey! You JUST fooled us!, How you could beat us?, tell us how you have done!,etc “but that frog was just listening and starring their faces. When the pressure grew and he didnt respond so they started to run thru the agony, in that very moment, the team leader of frogs came to them and said, “Hey, You all there, Don’t Shout, Listen to me! Don’t blame him, He just can’t listen, He is DEAF”, this answer made all birds speechless and ashamed, also it yields big lessons for us. Once you have the objective in your mind, just chase, don’t care what people say, they are meant to say and will be saying it all, all you got to do is to focus that’s it!!! 

So, this story can awake that instinct in you which can really motivate you when you begin with something new, be deaf when they lower your morale, confidence and motivation.

The moral of the discussion is that there are some best ways to cop such people or KHALAs in our society:

1.Never pay attention to their thoughts and ideas plus Keep adequate distance from them, they won’t influence you that much
2.You must possess good answers to shut them up OR be the DEAF FROG to avoid listening them
3.If you are simple,keeping no answer, just answer, “LIKEWISE”, it will simply return their every accuse to them
4.Be motivated and confident that you are doing for all not for them
5.Be sure, tomorrow they will be around you to appreciate you
6.Keep yourself motivated with a quote, “If people are jealous from you, be glad because you have that instinct that they done have”
7.Enjoy their critics in contrast with the Albert Einstein quote, “I am thankful to all those who said NO to because their every NO pushed me to do it all alone”
8. Always welcome the critics of those who provide you constructive opinions and they must have something remarkable in their lives to motivate.
9. Don’t even pay heed to those who just criticize for just criticism
10. Being a Critic & Umpire are very different persons. Be advised, the best critic can never be pessimist, he is always there to motivate personally not publicly.

Some people waste or utilize their energies in different works or activities, some do something constructive where others do something that I will begin this with urdu quotes: “Agar ap kisi teenage boy ya girl ka phone check karain to u will 90% find k waha bs locked msgs mai 99% jan n janu ki stories hy chal rahi hongy (baki baten censored hn), subha se sham tak texts and  raat se subha just calls woto thanks to PTA k ab calls k packages to end hoye”.

But when you meet them after few months or years, they say like: “Yar topi thy wo, he was so selfish and mean aisa wese balah blah, us k to aur b boyfriends hain :s, im leaving u b/c of parents, family,etc, wo aisa to nai tha, aur sb se fav dialogue, tm meri nai to kisi ki nai but ye baton ki had tk rehta hai aksar” Q?? read the remaining post

Issue is not about saying JAN or JANU to ur loved ones, but troubles are for both sides, according to scientific research BOYS are like single Core Computer who can focus on one thing at a time so they barely focus on Time, Career and other important things in life when they are involved serious activities “yehi waja hai k Graduation k bad jobs ka rona bht hota hai jb k jobs to hain but sincere finders are not available :(, If boys take their responsibilities to unhain us janu ki shadi mai tent lagana na parain n na hy bad mai Mamu Mamu k teasing words sunnay ko milain, it is the fact 🙂 :P”

Science says that Girls can do act as Double Processors, can tackle various missions in their during their life so they can take success over boys by keeping them in real darkness of psychology.  But girls are more disturbed by the over changing ability of boys so they sometimes feel like are they meant for one guy or more ones or public property, indeed it is a great dilemma but sadly, it all happens due to their lacking, lack of sight and thinking they can easily overcome. But girls are still successful in finding the good results in education and jobs, i know what boys are gonna comment that how they get but honestly it is not because of that but it is due to the wise use of words, personality, talent and of course lifestyle.

Usually after the beginning of any love story almost all girls start dreaming about marriage without knowing the real intentions of the front party and somehow many ones loose their precious gifts unfortunately , anyways, Nikah is the connecting people device that we all must adopt, it is the best protection for girls in this society otherwise you can also be the same victim. Where, some good boys study to have their dream girl but due to the social issues they can’t and thus they have to give up, they must know there is NO GIVE UP thing in life, it is all about planning, executing and acting as wise and clever to get best jobs, your dream girl and life’s bounting.

Presently, to limit the relation is the key issue, 75% Boys /girls of Pakistan study to fulfill their dreams, their families expectations, marry a good girl/boy and lead good life but somehow due to non-seriousness  and lack of motivation, confidence, hand to mouth JOB slavery, GF/BFs issues, bad gathering and short visions cause many terrible issues in prospering the futures of many YOUNG ones but still Pakistan is in 16th Happiest nations of world means there is much room for guys to do something beyond JOBS, they can create the JOBS by arranging some good businesses for themselves and others and so they can get their JAN or JANU in effective rather to break up or loose relations due to these reasons mentioned, because relationships is itself a big topic to discuss, will be posting about it soon.

However, moral of the story: is nowadays these JAN or JANU are the part of the plan of International Conspiracy to ruin YOUTH of PAKISTAN to make them involved in the trauma of love stories by lowering the rates of call and sms because this is one of the emotional aspect of life that they can’t leave easily thus they can remain as the slave than to develop something new and creative, so don’t ruin your life and talent that you possess so be clever against what is planned against you. Not saying turn out what you have but be oriented to be together and plan like that to become ONE than to cheat because if boys cheat good ones they may face some dilemmas  in near future and likewise for girls. Support NIKAH which connects people permanently and be focused whatever you want in your life. Also, real issue for YOUTH for coping  the unemployment issues, run your talented minds and get what you want by arranging new opportunities for all.

We have to confess that we all are so much busy in finding the best careers, jobs, opportunities and best place for our homes, during pursuing these goals we somehow hear news like, that ABC person has passed away due to accident, chronic disease or health disorders, where some may die because of no reason. In fact, we all die just not due to any disease or like that it is just a way but due to one reason we all get died i.e.  Our time gets over whether in teenage, old days or even the time a small baby births.

Unfortunately, the human is so much busy in earning big name/fame, wild money/bank balance & finding lacking of others, over caring in any matter leads to some extent of deterioration.  But do we have time for renovating our lives after deaths??? Do we have time for decorating our homes of eternity??? Do we really care about it??? Some people may find this post as routine but it is a fact that very few of us are careful in chasing the real goal of life. Who knows tomorrow is your or my day to leave this world but what we have it for?? any preparation for it? What we can show to our LORD?. We have time for plenty of books of our interest but we don’t have even 5 min for Quran & Hadiths to begin knowing what Allah has bestowed us. Are we not really ignoring Allah? Are we not putting ourselves in Hell by our actions.

If your are alive and breathing, give thanks to Allah Almighty that He gave you more breathes but it was time of someone else to depart from this world, what if someday it comes for our turn, what we have it? We are scared of death not because it is painful but more likely we have nothing to show up before Allah.

Life is certainly too short, we must not forget that even you attend disco clubs, prom nights in colleges, music arena or cinemas, dancing on floors of hotels, living shameless life, you won’t find the peace of mind in these lives, Wallahe the real satisfaction and peace of mind is in the Zikar & obeying what Allah has ordered us to do.

Turn to ALLAh before we are Returned to ALLAh, Choice is ours but time is short, a lil contribution can serve a lot in world here-after, may Allah bestow us Hidayat, Taqwa, emaan, best spouse & good life. Ameen

There are so many FAQs in the minds of most of the persons related to becoming the Public or Motivational Speaker or Trainer including organizational trainer/developer. Where some people do treat them like ALIENS they are from different world and so they become more inferior that why they can’t be like them. Here, I will put my best to share the perception, angles, people views and reasons to present the scope with different experiences in relation to our topic. We must know that the 10 basic pillars for concerned SPEAKERS, are:

Persons, things and conditions are always in the angle how you see and receive the perception, your every single view about observing the situation is crucial. It is a common fact that for every normal situation all people think almost same, the only hiatus comes with the term “UNDER ESTIMATION of ABILITIES”. We generally find -ve power in form of friends or people to demotivate us and somehow once you lack your power of +ve, you  can easily be the victim of these truama. You may understand the point by the example presented below:

“Mind Perception is exactly imagining like TWO BULLS fighting in your mind, where you see them pulling each others mind, where you name them for example, Positive and Negative bull respectively, what is more amazing experience that we all observe is simple the winning! That bull is of course which is related to your mind set mean while the way you think, in the same way, that BULL (either positive or negative)is a winner, so keep thinking POSITIVE.

It clearly depicts the picture that the first step to be LEADING person begins with creating or allowing the wide space for OPTIMISM to shape your personality according to the LEADERSHIP skills, so here, we simply learned the fundamentals of LEADERSHIP. Don’t underestimate your skills and abilities, always find them from your daily routine.

i.e. You lead your younger bro and sis whenever you lead them to their schools, home, or friend’s home. You somehow lead your family in absence of father or mother. You somehow experience the decision making skills when your father asks your opinion and sometimes your decision is the best option they could ever had.

To be the LEADING PUBLIC FIGURE/MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKER/ORGANIZATIONAL TRAINER, the common things that I discussed in this post are: say NO to UNDERESTIMATION, raise up your OPTIMISM APPROACH & scorching YOUR LEADERSHIP SKILLS.
